The MVP is not passive consumption of lectures on things you already know. The course highlights the practical daily actions you can implement to clarify your mind and amplify your life force energy.


The curriculum hinges upon the systematic implementation of The Ten Disciplines across two parallel tracks:


Lifestyle Interventions - Wednesday Evenings 6p PT, Explore the practical interventions conducive to the cultivation of boundless sustainable energy.


Contemplative Practice - Saturday Mornings 11a PT, Receive pinpointed instruction on exactly how to develop the progressive attentional skills required to make strong continuous concentration and unshakeable focus your baseline.

Calls will be 60-90 minutes depending on the curriculum we get to cover on a given day. No call will be longer than 90 minutes.
